Q2 Goals and Company All-Hands Recap

March Team Lunch - Friday the 28th
This month's team lunch is at Flour + Water on Friday, March 28 at 12:30 PM. We'll be celebrating March birthdays (happy birthday James and Priya!) and welcoming our new team members. RSVP in the #social channel by Wednesday.
Updated Remote Work Policy
Effective April 1, 2026, we are updating our remote work policy. All hybrid employees are expected in-office Tuesday through Thursday. Fully remote employees should plan to visit HQ at least once per quarter. The full policy document is available in the Handbook folder on the document portal.
Benefits Open Enrollment Reminder
Open enrollment for Q2 benefits runs through April 15. This cycle includes new dental and vision plan options, updated HSA contribution limits, and a new mental health benefit through Headspace. Log in to the benefits portal to review your options. HR office hours are available every Wednesday 2-4 PM.
Welcome Kevin Zhao!
Please join us in welcoming Kevin Zhao to the Engineering team as our newest Junior Frontend Engineer! Kevin recently graduated from a coding bootcamp and brings fresh energy and enthusiasm. He'll be working with the Frontend team under Aisha's mentorship. Say hi in #welcome!
